Семінар 8. Міжнародний семінар «Systemic Changes in Inclusive Education» був присвячений системним трансформаціям інклюзивної освіти
20 червня 2025 року у форматі онлайн відбувся міжнародний семінар «Systemic Changes in Inclusive Education», організований у межах проєкту Enhancing the Participation and Ensuring the Right to Education for Children with Intellectual Disability: Developing Capacities and Opportunities (EPERE), № 00787/2024. Захід був спрямований на обговорення системних змін в інклюзивній освіті, зокрема з позиції прав людини, соціальної політики та трансформації освітніх і соціальних практик.
Семінар проходив на платформі Zoom з одночасним перекладом українською та англійською мовами, що забезпечило участь міжнародної аудиторії. Модераторкою семінару виступила докторка Dorota Chimicz, асистентка професора Університету імені Марії Кюрі-Склодовської (Люблін, Польща).
У межах семінару було представлено доповіді, присвячені розгляду освіти як фундаментального права людини для осіб з інтелектуальними порушеннями, а також системним трансформаціям освітньої та соціальної підтримки дітей і дорослих з інвалідністю.
Betty Barthel та Sára Horváth (Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary) висвітлили питання забезпечення права на освіту для осіб з інтелектуальними порушеннями, акцентуючи увагу на міжнародних підходах і правових механізмах реалізації інклюзії.
Український контекст системних змін в освіті було представлено у доповідях Prof. Anna Slozanska та Assoc. Prof. Nadiia Horishna (Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, Ukraine). У виступах було проаналізовано процеси трансформації освіти для дітей з інвалідністю – від практик виключення до інклюзії, а також роль соціальних послуг у місцевих громадах у підтримці дітей і дорослих з інтелектуальними порушеннями.
Семінар завершився підсумковою дискусією, під час якої учасники обговорили представлені підходи, поділилися досвідом та окреслили напрями подальших системних змін у сфері інклюзивної освіти.
Захід став важливою складовою серії міжнародних семінарів проєкту EPERE та сприяв поглибленню міжнародного діалогу щодо системного розвитку інклюзивної освіти.
International Seminar “Systemic Changes in Inclusive Education” Addressed System-Level Transformations in Inclusive Education
On June 20, 2025, an international online seminar entitled “Systemic Changes in Inclusive Education” was held within the framework of the project Enhancing the Participation and Ensuring the Right to Education for Children with Intellectual Disability: Developing Capacities and Opportunities (EPERE), Reference No. 00787/2024. The seminar focused on system-level transformations in inclusive education, viewed through the lens of human rights, social policy, and the reform of educational and social support systems.
The event was conducted via the Zoom platform with simultaneous interpretation into Ukrainian and English, enabling broad international participation. The seminar was moderated by Dr. Dorota Chimicz, Assistant Professor at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Lublin, Poland).
The seminar featured presentations addressing education as a fundamental human right for persons with intellectual disabilities, as well as systemic transformations in educational provision and social support for children and adults with disabilities.

The seminar concluded with a final discussion, during which participants reflected on the presented perspectives, shared professional experiences, and identified directions for further systemic development in inclusive education.
The event formed an integral part of the EPERE international seminar series and contributed to strengthening international dialogue on systemic change in inclusive education.
