Засідання керівної групи проєкту QEW-CVLS: ключові рішення та наступні кроки
9 січня 2026 року відбулося онлайн-засідання керівної групи міжнародного проєкту QEW-CVLS, у якому взяли участь представники партнерських установ.
Під час зустрічі було розглянуто поточний стан реалізації проєкту та узгоджено подальші кроки. Зокрема, учасники обговорили бюджетний огляд, організаційні аспекти підготовки онлайн-конференції «Quality Education and Welfare for Children in Vulnerable Life Situations» (https://tied.mdpu.org.ua/save-the-date-online-conference/), запланованої на 21 травня 2026 року, а також процедури реєстрації учасників, сертифікації та технічного супроводу заходу. Конференція присвячена актуальним питанням розвитку освіти та систем підтримки дітей, які перебувають у вразливих життєвих обставинах, зокрема тих, хто постраждав унаслідок війни та вимушеного переміщення. Основна увага буде зосереджена на trauma-informed education, добробуті дітей, інклюзивних освітніх підходах та взаємодії освітніх і соціальних систем у кризових умовах.
Окрему увагу приділено програмі конференції, підготовці та рецензуванню тез (https://tied.mdpu.org.ua/call-for-papers-online-conference/), формуванню переліку ключових доповідачів (включно з міжнародним та українським експертами), презентаціям членів проєктної групи, а також забезпеченню доступності заходу для учасників з особливими освітніми потребами.
У межах зустрічі також обговорено питання підготовки наукових публікацій та участі у міжнародних конференціях, зокрема подання тез до ECER.
Важливою частиною засідання стало обговорення освітніх компонентів проєкту. Було підтверджено, що курс Supporting children affected by trauma (including war-related trauma) in the school environment / Підтримка дітей з травматичним досвідом (зокрема внаслідок війни) у шкільному середовищі у Мелітопольському державному педагогічному університеті буде реалізовано з 15 січня 2026 року та передбачає 15 лекцій і 7 семінарів у двомовному форматі, загальним обсягом 120 годин (4 ECTS), із залученням близько 170 студентів. Також представлено модуль курсу для студентів спеціальної освіти в Криворізькому державноме педагогічному університеті, присвячений trauma-informed education в інклюзивних класах.
Крім того, учасники обговорили фінансові та організаційні питання, зокрема подальші кроки щодо перерахування коштів, а також плани проведення круглого столу зі стейкхолдерами (НУО та іншими партнерами) на початку червня 2026 року.
Steering Group Meeting of the QEW-CVLS Project: Key Decisions and Next Steps
On 9 January 2026, an online meeting of the Steering Group of the international QEW-CVLS project was held, bringing together representatives of the partner institutions.
During the meeting, the current state of project implementation was reviewed and further steps were agreed upon. In particular, the participants discussed a budget overview and organisational aspects of preparing the online conference “Quality Education and Welfare for Children in Vulnerable Life Situations” (https://tied.mdpu.org.ua/save-the-date-online-conference/), scheduled for 21 May 2026, as well as participant registration procedures, certification, and technical support for the event. The conference focuses on pressing issues related to the development of education and welfare systems for children living in vulnerable circumstances, especially those affected by war and forced displacement. Special emphasis will be placed on trauma-informed education, child wellbeing, inclusive educational approaches, and the interaction between educational and welfare systems in times of crisis.
Particular attention was paid to the conference programme, the preparation and peer review of abstracts (https://tied.mdpu.org.ua/call-for-papers-online-conference/), the selection of keynote speakers (including both international and Ukrainian experts), presentations by members of the project team, and ensuring accessibility of the event for participants with special educational needs.
The meeting also addressed the preparation of scientific publications and participation in international academic conferences, including the submission of abstracts to ECER.
A key part of the discussion concerned the educational components of the project. It was confirmed that the course “Supporting Children Affected by Trauma (Including War-Related Trauma) in the School Environment” will be implemented at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University starting from 15 January 2026. The course includes 15 lectures and 7 seminars delivered in a bilingual format, with a total workload of 120 hours (4 ECTS) and approximately 170 students enrolled. In addition, a course module for students of special education at Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, focusing on trauma-informed education in inclusive classrooms, was presented.
Furthermore, the participants discussed financial and organisational matters, including next steps related to fund transfers, as well as plans to organise a round table with stakeholders (NGOs and other partners) at the beginning of June 2026.
