Семінар «Посилення участі дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в освіті в умовах воєнного часу»

У межах проєкту EPERE відбувся перший семінар з питань участі дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в освіті в умовах війни

18 лютого 2026 року в онлайн-форматі відбувся перший семінар відкритої серії «Посилення участі дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в освіті в умовах воєнного часу», що реалізується в межах міжнародного проєкту Project – Enhancing the Participation and Ensuring the Right to Education for Children with Intellectual Disability: Developing Capacities and Opportunities (EPERE), який фінансується в рамках SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme (Reference No: 00787/2024). Захід об’єднав понад 200 учасників: батьків, педагогів, психологів, фахівців інклюзивно-ресурсних центрів та представників закладів освіти, які працюють з дітьми з інтелектуальними порушеннями в умовах війни та кризових викликів.

У межах семінару було розглянуто актуальні питання забезпечення участі дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в освітньому процесі в умовах воєнного часу, організації та практичних аспектів упровадження комплексної оцінки розвитку дитини, психологічної та педагогічної підтримки дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в закладах освіти, а також міждисциплінарної взаємодії фахівців у системі підтримки дитини та родини. Семінар відкрила та модерувала докторка педагогічних наук, професорка, завідувачка кафедри спеціальної та інклюзивної освіти Тернопільського національного педагогічного університету імені Володимира Гнатюка Анна Слозанська.

Змістовну частину семінару представили фахівці-практики. Світлана Лоза, директорка комунальної установи «Інклюзивно-ресурсний центр» Великоберезовицької селищної ради (Тернопільська область), зосередила увагу на питаннях комплексної оцінки розвитку дитини, зокрема на організаційних та практичних аспектах її впровадження. Ірина Король, директорка Тернопільського навчально-реабілітаційного центру Тернопільської обласної ради, представила підходи до психологічної та педагогічної підтримки дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в освітньому середовищі. Захід завершився відкритим обговоренням, під час якого учасники мали можливість обмінятися досвідом та обговорити практичні виклики роботи з дітьми з інтелектуальними порушеннями в умовах війни.

Відкрита серія семінарів реалізується у співпраці закладів вищої освіти – партнерів проєкту EPERE, серед яких Університет Еребру (Швеція), Університет Марії Кюрі-Склодовської (Польща), Богдана Хмельницького Мелітопольський державний педагогічний університет (Україна), Криворізький державний педагогічний університет (Україна) та Тернопільський національний педагогічний університет імені Володимира Гнатюка (Україна). Within the EPERE Project, the First Seminar on the Participation of Children with Intellectual Disabilities in Education under Wartime Conditions Was Held

On 18 February 2026, the first seminar of the open seminar series “Enhancing the Participation of Children with Intellectual Disabilities in Education in Wartime Conditions” was held online. The event was organised within the international project Project – Enhancing the Participation and Ensuring the Right to Education for Children with Intellectual Disability: Developing Capacities and Opportunities (EPERE), funded under the SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme (Reference No: 00787/2024). The seminar brought together more than 200 participants, including parents, teachers, psychologists, specialists from Inclusive Resource Centres, and representatives of educational institutions working with children with intellectual disabilities in the context of war and crisis.

The seminar addressed key issues related to ensuring the participation of children with intellectual disabilities in the educational process under wartime conditions; the organisation and practical implementation of comprehensive child development assessment; psychological and pedagogical support for children with intellectual disabilities in educational settings; and interdisciplinary cooperation among professionals within systems of support for children and their families. The seminar was opened and moderated by Anna Slozanska, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, and Head of the Department of Special and Inclusive Education at Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University.

The substantive part of the programme was delivered by experienced practitioners. Svitlana Loza, Director of the Municipal Institution “Inclusive Resource Centre” of the Velykoberezovytsia Village Council (Ternopil region), focused on comprehensive child development assessment, highlighting organisational and practical aspects of its implementation. Iryna Korol, Director of the Ternopil Educational and Rehabilitation Centre of the Ternopil Regional Council, presented approaches to psychological and pedagogical support for children with intellectual disabilities in educational environments. The seminar concluded with an open discussion, during which participants exchanged experiences and discussed practical challenges of working with children with intellectual disabilities in wartime conditions.

The open seminar series is implemented in cooperation with higher education institutions that are partners of the EPERE project, including Örebro University (Sweden), Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Poland), Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University (Ukraine), Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University (Ukraine), and Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (Ukraine). The EPERE project aims to strengthen participation and ensure the realisation of the right to education for children with intellectual disabilities by developing professional capacities, fostering interdisciplinary cooperation, and supporting families in crisis and wartime contexts.
