Семінар 4. Міжнародний семінар «Support and Inclusion in Regular Education» зосередив увагу на універсальному дизайні навчання та європейському досвіді інклюзії
16 травня 2025 року у форматі онлайн відбувся міжнародний семінар «Support and Inclusion in Regular Education», організований у межах проєкту Enhancing the Participation and Ensuring the Right to Education for Children with Intellectual Disability: Developing Capacities and Opportunities (EPERE), № 00787/2024. Захід був присвячений сучасним підходам до інклюзивної освіти у закладах загальної середньої освіти.
Семінар проходив на платформі Zoom з одночасним перекладом українською та англійською мовами, що забезпечило участь фахівців з різних країн. Модераторкою семінару виступила Magdalena Wójcik, доцентка Університету імені Марії Кюрі-Склодовської (Люблін, Польща).
Учасники семінару мали змогу ознайомитися з практичними підходами до забезпечення права на освіту для всіх учнів, зокрема для тих, які потребують додаткової підтримки в освітньому процесі, а також із європейським досвідом реалізації інклюзивної освіти.
Першу доповідь представила Anna Frizzarin (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy), яка поділилася досвідом упровадження інклюзивної освіти в Італії. У доповіді було детально розглянуто механізми підтримки учнів з особливими освітніми потребами, зокрема через співпрацю між педагогами, асистентами, родинами та місцевими органами влади. Окрему увагу доповідачка приділила правовим засадам інклюзії та ролі інституційної підтримки в італійській системі освіти.
Наступну доповідь представила Dorota Chimicz (Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Poland), яка зосередилася на концепції універсального дизайну навчання (Universal Design for Learning, UDL) як рамкової моделі створення інклюзивного освітнього середовища. Доповідачка окреслила ключові принципи UDL, що передбачають варіативність у поданні навчального матеріалу, способах демонстрації результатів навчання та залученні учнів до освітнього процесу. Значну увагу було приділено практичним прикладам адаптації уроків, диференціації завдань та формуванню сприятливого емоційного клімату в класі.
Семінар завершився підсумковою дискусією, під час якої учасники мали можливість поставити запитання доповідачкам, поділитися власним професійним досвідом та окреслити напрями подальшої міжнародної співпраці.
Захід став важливою платформою для обміну досвідом у сфері підтримки та інклюзії учнів з особливими освітніми потребами та продовжив серію ініціатив проєкту EPERE, спрямованих на розвиток інклюзивної освіти в європейському освітньому просторі.
International Seminar “Support and Inclusion in Regular Education” Focused on Universal Design for Learning and European Inclusive Practices
On May 16, 2025, an international online seminar entitled “Support and Inclusion in Regular Education” was held within the framework of the project Enhancing the Participation and Ensuring the Right to Education for Children with Intellectual Disability: Developing Capacities and Opportunities (EPERE), Reference No. 00787/2024. The seminar was dedicated to contemporary approaches to inclusive education in mainstream educational settings.
The event was conducted via the Zoom platform with simultaneous interpretation into Ukrainian and English, ensuring broad international participation. The seminar was moderated by Dr. Magdalena Wójcik, Associate Professor at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Lublin, Poland).
Participants had the opportunity to explore practical approaches to ensuring the right to education for all learners, particularly those who require additional support in the learning process, as well as to gain insight into European experiences in implementing inclusive education.
The first presentation was delivered by Dr. Anna Frizzarin (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy), who shared Italy’s experience in implementing inclusive education. The presentation provided a detailed overview of support mechanisms for students with special educational needs, including collaboration among teachers, teaching assistants, families, and local authorities. Special emphasis was placed on the legal foundations of inclusion in Italy and the role of institutional support within the education system.
The second presentation was given by Dr. Dorota Chimicz (Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Poland) and focused on the concept of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a framework for creating inclusive educational environments. She outlined the key principles of UDL, which address learner diversity through multiple means of representation, expression, and engagement. Particular attention was paid to practical examples of lesson adaptation, task differentiation, and the creation of a supportive and positive classroom climate.
The seminar concluded with a final discussion, during which participants had the opportunity to ask questions, share professional experiences, and establish contacts for further international cooperation.
The event served as an important platform for the exchange of experience in supporting and including students with special educational needs and continued the series of EPERE project initiatives aimed at advancing inclusive education within the European educational space.
